• Jessica Jones Online takes your privacy seriously and your data will NEVER be passed on to any third parties with no valid and agreed reason, we are seriously against spam and believe in strict confidentiality and utmost integrity.
• For detailed information our Privacy Policy can be viewed here, including information on how your data is stored and processed, and our values surrounding privacy Service Agreements.
• Service agreements are completed by the client and the business for monthly contracts, for example for social media management including agreements for confidentiality, IP, GDPR/data protection, and service standards
Payments
• Payments for social media management are due each month in advance
• Payments for coaching packages are made in full prior to activity commencing
• Payments schemes can be discussed on one to one basis
• Payments can be made by electronic transfer
Expenses & Subscriptions
• Any social media advertisement costs are to be processed through your company credit card or preferred payment method
• Any business support expenses eg postage costs or printing are billed separately
• For social media management, our preferred social media scheduling software subscription cost is covered by Jessica Jones Online. Any other social media software subscription fees are to be covered in full by the client
• Please be aware that Jessica Jones Online reserves the right to halt business activity until invoices are paid in full

If the course is paid in advance and the one-hour session is used, and you would like to apply for a refund, this would be 50% of the course fees.
